Rapport GoMobile app for iPhone and iPad

The Rapport GoMobile app is designed to support our already existing CRM call handling software system for service based businesses along with delivering information on fault codes previously provided in the fault code app.

The software available for free to install. To use this app, you need to create a free account and get the free go-mobile module. Please see the notes for more details or see out website for greater detail.

Once you get this app please contact us to enable your account and then your Rapport installation will communicate with your mobile device.

- Mobile call handling, call completion and two way communication with office and mobile devices

- You can send the photographs of the machine under repair or rating plates etc. and your work done straight from your mobile to your desktop

- Your desktop will push data to your mobile device such as call information, Customer name, Postcode, updated appointment info etc and you can customise what data you want to send

- Mobile device will send back details of completed service calls including spare parts used

- Access to fault code data

- Mapping and route information

If you do not want to use the GoMobile, you can still enjoy the benefits of fault guide app for a limited trial period.
